These Terms of Service govern your use of the CERUS website and the general basis on which CERUS AI FZE ("CERUS", "we", "us") provides IT infrastructure, managed IT, cybersecurity, physical security, cloud and smart automation services in the United Arab Emirates. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of this website
The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Quotations and agreements
Information on this website is not a binding offer. Specific services, pricing, scope, timelines and service levels are set out in a written quotation, proposal or service agreement (such as an Annual Maintenance Contract). Where those documents differ from these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
3. Client responsibilities
To allow us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and timely access to premises, systems and relevant contacts.
- Obtain any landlord, building or regulatory permissions required for installation work, unless agreed otherwise.
- Use supplied systems and licenses in line with the manufacturer and licensor terms.
4. Third-party products and licenses
Hardware, software and cloud licenses (for example Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or security software) are supplied subject to the terms, warranties and policies of their respective manufacturers and licensors. Manufacturer warranties are passed on to the client where applicable.
5. Payment
Invoices are payable according to the terms stated in the quotation or agreement. License subscriptions and maintenance contracts renew according to their agreed billing cycle unless cancelled in line with the agreed notice period.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CERUS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profit or business, and our total liability for any service is limited to the fees paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and 3D visuals, belongs to CERUS AI FZE or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Third-party brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
