- Messages you send through the chat assistant on our website. Chat conversations are recorded and shared with our team in our internal workspace (Google Chat) so we can follow up, hand over to a staff member and improve our service. Please do not share passwords or payment details in the chat.

- To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotations.
- To answer questions asked through our website chat assistant and, where needed, have a team member follow up with you.
